In round five of the Schaeffer's Oil by Mike Bruner Red Clay 602 Late Model Series schedule on Saturday, April 12 at Lake View Motor Speedway, Dawson Lowe emerged victorious in the 30-lap feature event to capture the $2,000 first place prize money! Dawson stopped the clock second fastest overall during Knowles Race Parts and Bodies, LLC qualifying to earn the outside of the front row for the start of the headliner. The Knoxville, Tennessee ace then grabbed the point at the drop of the green flag and never looked back to earn his first series win of the 2025 campaign.

Finishing behind Lowe at the unfurling of the checkered flag was polesitter Shaun Sise. The fellow Tennessean, who earned Fast Time honors at the Nichols, South Carolina speedplant, trailed by 2.400 seconds at the finish to collect his second straight runner-up performance with the series. Kevin Fisher was credited with a third place podium effort after starting in the fifth position. Brandon Greene improved three spots to finish fourth, while Kenny Peeples, Jr. earned the final position inside of the top five.

Next up for the Schaeffer’s Oil by Mike Bruner Red Clay 602 Late Model Series will be a visit to I-75 Raceway in Sweetwater, Tennessee this Friday evening, April 18.
