The sign in will be conducted at the Series official trailer in the pit area. ONLY a driver or crew representative shall be allowed to sign in the car that is at the track prior to cut off. Series officials may draw for drivers / teams not present at the track under exceptional circumstances beyond the control of Series officials or the drivers / teams being signed in. The draw will be closed once the driver’s meeting begins.

    B. When each driver / team signs in at registration and enters a car, the driver / team understands and agrees that the rules, enforcement calls and decisions of the Series are final.

    C. If a driver changes cars during the event, it is the driver / team responsibility to let the Series officials know about the change and re-register the new car. If this occurs after qualifying, the driver / team will start at the rear of the next event. Any driver switching cars without re-registering will be disqualified from the current event he or she is racing in. (qualifying, heat, feature)

    ENTRY FEES

    A. Entry fees will be collected on a race-to-race basis. Each race will be separate. Entry fees collected are only good for that event. Only in the event of a rain out will the entry fee be carried over to a future event.

    B. Entry fees will vary in price depending on the amount of payout. Entry fees can vary from $60 to $200, depending on the event and purse agreed upon by the Series and the Track hosting the event.

    C. The A-Main event must reach halfway of the race to be considered an event unless track promoter and or series agrees to pay for the race to be a shorter race due to weather or any unforeseen event.

    DRIVER COMMUNICATION
    A. One-way raceivers are required to be used in every portion / segment of the event. Series officials or Track officials are the only people permitted to transmit on the raceceiver. Use of any other type of communication or radio during competition is not permitted. It is the responsibility of the driver to make sure he or she is on the correct channel and both earpieces are working.

    SIGNALING
    A. NO LIGHTS ARE PERMITTED

    B. Signal sticks are permitted only in designated areas of the track fencing or pit area. No signaling from the general admission area of facilities, unless otherwise instructed at the drivers meeting. Maximum size for signal sticks is 2” in diameter and 24” in length. Any signal devices unapproved will be confiscated until the end of the night.

    TECHNICAL INSPECTION
    A. Technical Inspection will be held at an area designated by the technical inspectors, and all cars must sign in and pass through technical inspection before going on track. ALL cars must pass tech before receiving a technical sticker and before qualifying. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    B. ANY car may be inspected at ANY time during the event. If a technical inspector finds anything that didn’t get inspected or has been changed after pre-race tech, the driver / team will be required to change or fix immediately at inspectors’ request. Failure to comply with the instructions of the inspector will result in disqualification of the next event. (qualifying, heat, feature)

    DRIVERS MEETINGS
    A. It is the responsibility of ALL drivers to attend the drivers meeting. All schedules, start times and formats for the night will be discussed during the meeting. All drivers not attending the drivers meeting will be on their own to figure out the information needed for the event.

    TIME TRIALS / QUALIFYING
    A. Drivers must qualify in the order that they draw. Each car must go to the scales immediately after taking the checkered flag on the final lap of qualifying. If the driver misses their qualification spot, the driver will receive one (1) lap at the end. If the driver uses this option, the driver may not start better than pole of the first B Main or 3rd row of the 1st heat race.

RACE FORMATS: Based on a 22 car field. (More than 22 cars is a promoter’s option)
    A. Time Trials / Qualifying will be determined by car count at each event. All heats / B mains will be 8 or 10 laps. Group: A-B Qualifying will be used during each event. Cars in group A will make up the inside row all night. Cars in group B will make up the outside row all night.

    B. The number of heats and the number of cars that transfer to the A main will be determined each night based on car count and weather conditions.

    RACE PROCEDURES AND RULES
    A. Standard Flagging Procedures will be used for each event. If, for any reason the race is run one lap short or long because of a scoring error, the race is OVER when the checkered flag falls.

    B. All STARTS AND RESTARTS will be off turn 4. Any car returning to the pits after the (1) to go signal has been given to the front row starters, will be sent to the rear of the field when they return. On the initial start, the front row will be even when they start in the designated start zone. It’s the pole sitters responsibility to set the pace and start the race. (not the outside pole). Once the pole sitters pace has been established coming to the start zone, there’s to be no break checking or change of speed. Any driver jumping the original start will be warned for the first offence. If there is a second offense the driver will be moved back a row. If any driver is penalized to the rear of the field or fails to show up in time, the remainder of the row that’s missing the driver will move forward. If (3) three or more cars are missing from a row, the field will be crisscrossed for the lineup.

On the INITIAL start if (1) ONE car stops or spins they will be moved back (3) THREE rows. If more than 1 car is involved (2 or more) everyone will go back to the original lineup. This is all on the ORIGINAL START of the feature.

On a single file restart (after the first caution), the leader will start in the center of turns 3 & 4, with no passing to the inside until the flag stand or another designated area of the front stretch designated by the race director. Anyone who is caught jumping the restart, will be penalized for every position gained plus one, either at the next caution or the pay window, whichever comes first.

On a double file restart, the leader will be out front by his / her self. The 2nd place car will choose, and 3rd will do opposite. The remainder of the field will cris cross accordingly back through the field. Double file restarts will be held up to (10) laps to go in the feature. Track and / or Race Director has the authority to go single file for restarts any time they deem conditions are not good enough for a double file restart or to save time if needed.

    C. CAUTION PROCEDURES AFTER FIRST LAP - When the caution comes out, slow down immediately. ALL lap cars will be placed at the rear of the field. We do NOT make judgement calls. The car or cars involved in the incident that comes to a STOP on the track will be sent to the rear. Any car that stops or spins to avoid the incident without making contact with any other car will be returned to their position recorded before the incident. If you make contact, you are considered to be part of the wreck. Any driver that gets out of his or her car while on the track will be lined up in the rear of the next event unless there is a FIRE, FUEL leaking, or any other incident that the Race Director sees as a good reason for getting out of the car. No crew members are allowed on the track to work on cars. Only series or track officials are permitted to touch the cars. Cars worked on by anyone without permission by an official, will be sent to the rear of the lead lap cars. RED FLAG MEANS EVERYONE STOP IMMEDIATELY!!

    D. COURTESY LAPS FOR A FLAT TIRE - Any car that has a flat tire will be given (3) three courtesy laps from the time the car enters the designated pit area providing the driver enters at a moderate pace, not putting anyone in danger. Additional laps may be given if driver is getting to the pit area slow.

    E. BLEND IN RULE - Any car leaving the racetrack during the race under GREEN flag conditions and coming back on the track will be placed where the racer blends back in. Or if the car has multiple spins without stopping. This will apply to any track that has no walls on the inside and caution is put out because of the driver / car leaving the track. Example: If a car is running 4th and leaves the track and the caution is put out and they come back on track in 12th. The driver will re-start 12th as long as the car does not stop. If the car stops refer back to rule “C”

    F. SPINOUT RULE
Any driver that spins out or brings out a caution on their own (single car caution) TWO (2) times will be black flagged from that event. Driver is NOT disqualified for the entire event, just the current event he or she is struggling in.

    G. LINEUP PROCEDURES AFTER THE CAUTION COMES OUT - There is NO racing back to the flag. When the caution comes out, slow down immediately. The field will line up for restarts in the order of the last completed GREEN flag lap. The whole field must complete the lap for the lap to count. We do NOT use SPLIT SCORING. All restart lineups will be based off the last completed lap. (not leader plus whatever).

NOTE: All races will end with a Green, White Checkered even if the White flag was displayed before the Yellow Flag.

    H. WEIGH – IN (see Weight Rules section of rules for specific weights) - All cars must have weight posted on the side of the roof facing the scale man.
Most likely the Drivers side of the roof, but not always. Both sides preferred.

All cars must go directly to the scales after qualifying unless specified different from the race director that you weigh before qualifying.

All cars finishing in the TOP 5 must cross the scales in any event. Feature, Heat or B Main. Unless otherwise directed by the race director.

Top 3 finishers must report to the series trailer or a specific area designated by the tech official and race director AFTER the scales or Victory Lane is complete.

If driver and car is not there when the Tech official is doing post race tech, driver and car will be scored in last place of the feature.

    I. PENALTIES FOR TROUBLEMAKERS - There is no fighting on or at the track. Anyone running into anyone else on the track intentionally or using their car as a weapon will no longer be able to compete in the Series for that night and will be evaluated by series officials after the event for a possible 1 race penalty. If the 1 race penalty occurs, This will be the 1st Offence. If this occurs at the last race of the season, a penalty will be served at the first race the following year. 2nd Offense will be INDEFINITE SUSPENSION. (Which means for however long it takes for attitudes and thought processes to change. Could be 2 weeks, 2 years, or forever). This is all determined by the Series officials. Each driver is responsible for their crew, and the same rules apply for crew members as well as the driver.

    PROVISIONALS AND ALTERNATE STARTING POSITIONS

    A. The (2) provisionals for the 1st race of the season will be chosen from the previous season.

    B. A maximum of (2) provisional starters will be given in any A Main. Provisional starters will be the highest (2) drivers in the points for the current year or series with perfect attendance. If perfect attendance drivers are not eligible, the series will go off the current standings. If no provisionals are needed, the highest finishing driver in 1st B main will get the 1st provisional. The highest finishing car in the 2nd B main will get the 2nd provisional. If there is only (1) B main, the top (2) will be taken.

    C. Each driver is limited to only (4) provisionals for the season. The 3rd and 4th provisionals may only be used after all drivers have used (2) two. Once all drivers have taken 2, then the 3rd and 4th will be available. If there are no other drivers in the points needing a provisional, the 3rd or 4th provisional may be used.

    D. EMERGENCY PROVISIONALS
Two (2) Emergency Provisionals may be used at drivers request. If a driver does not ask, it's not given. ONLY drivers with perfect attendance are eligible. Drivers using the emergency provisional will only receive money earned past the start money. Example: If the race pays $200 to start and you win $300. You only receive $100.

    E. PROMOTERS OPTION
Track promoter may add two provisionals to the rear of the starting lineup if he or she wishes to. These drivers will not receive any points for the feature but will be eligible for any purse money they win. If the promoter does not add to the purse, these provisionals will be paid like emergency provisionals. Refer back to “D”

Drivers can drop a 0-point total for a missed event, but can't drop a 0-point total for a disqualification. If we complete 20 races for example, there would be 4 dropped races for each driver following the series finale to determine the point champion.
