Points Portion of Red Clay 602 Late Model Series Schedule Starts Thursday at I-75 Raceway

The Schaeffer’s Oil by Mike Bruner Red Clay 602 Late Model Series will roar into I-75 Raceway this Thursday night, April 2 and for the first time this year, valuable points will be on the line!  The point opener for the popular 602 Late Model Series will boast a $2,000 first place prize and each starter in the 25-lap headliner is assured of at least $125.  Drivers running with the tour will be looking to get off to a fast start at the Sweetwater, Tennessee venue and get out front in the Championship chase, which is worth $5,000 in 2026.

Joining the Red Clay 602 Late Model Series on the racing card this Thursday at I-75 Raceway will be the Schaeffer’s Oil Spring Nationals Series ($5,053 to win), Open Wheel Modified ($800 to win), Sportsman ($700 to win), FWD ($450 to win), Crown Vic ($400 to win), and Thunder ($350 to win) divisions.  The pits and tier parking will open at 4:00pm and the grandstands will open an hour later at 5:00pm.  The drivers meeting is set for 6:30pm and hot laps will light up the racetrack at 7:00pm.

Grandstand ticket prices are $25.00 for adults and $10.00 for kids ages 6-11.  Tier parking ticket prices are $35.00 for adults and $15.00 for kids ages 6-11.  A pit pass will be $45.00 for adults and $20.00 for kids ages 6-11.  Children ages 5 and under will be allowed onto the grounds for FREE.  I-75 Raceway is located at 1791 Highway 68 in Niota, Tennessee and more information on the venue can be found online at www.i-75racewaypark.com.

The Red Clay 602 Late Model Series tire rule for I-75 Raceway will be Left Front: Open, Left Rear & Right Front: American Racer Pro 2 (88.0 / 90.0), and Right Rear: American Racer Pro 2 or American Racer Pro 4 (92.0).  The entry fee for the 602 Late Models will be $80.00 and transponders will be available to rent.  If you can’t make it to the track, we invite you to watch all of the action LIVE on FloRacing.
